Its festival day’s for some of the members of the Circle-of-trust and it's going to start off with a big bang. There'll be Pizza at Uncle Leo's, Beer Shopping at "The Beer Store", OuterLand beer festival later in the evening and then onto ManCave’s crib for several night caps.
Prior to all that, at the Friday lunch outing T-Mobile was telling the group why in his culture they could not eat female rabbits. Something about them being dirty…that's all I'm going to say about this. OK! T-Mobile say “by the way where we going for lunch?” ManCave responded with a little restaurant up here that serves Rabbit. The BagoWagon erupted with laugher!
Well a good portion of the Lunch Gang made it for the Road Trip of the century…This was even better than Disney World, Epcot, or Cider Point all rolled into one. Gathered for the trip were ManCave, OM, The Professor, T-Mobile, Coach and Bago behind the wheel. As we head out to Uncle Leo's pizza Uptown, OM having been a professional stunt car driver for almost 15 years, was advising Bago that he could not make U-Turns in the middle of a crowed intersection…"That's not how in works Bago" OM states. You need a three-point turn if you want to do it right. That way know will notice what you're doing.
Let me tell you, the trip was going beautifully had it not been for OM, The Professor and ManCave yelling out "Are we there yet", I think the trip to town would have been a lot smoother. Heck, Bago was so nervous he had a hard time parking (he only knocked over 3 barrels and one parking meter this time). You just couldn't imagine some of the outstanding sites we seen along the way were "Farmer Market Tents" in city parking lots; Farmer Roy in his slightly rusted Lincoln Town Car taking his out for their once a year "Go to Town" outing. You could hear Ma saying to Pa, "Were not in Kansas anymore are we?" In the back set was little sister sue and her boy friend Buster (the Dog). Heck this Lincoln so equipped it even had its own central A/C unit and equipped with an outhouse (long trips to town you know). It's nice to see families getting out more but I wish ole Ma would not have worn that halter shirt…not good. Not good at all; there was some very large bumps around her waist…but she thought she was hot! (I think Picky Skywalker would have liked it).
You know what, that wasn't even the best part of the trip (hard to believe I know). Next the Lunch gang went beer shopping. Now let me tell you this Beer Store is like Christmas is to a little kid. The whole gang just stood there in amassment. ManCave and OM told us they were going to buy some beer…right! What self righteous man goes into a Beer Store of this caliber or any Beer Store and only buy what they did. OM only bought a 4-pack…A 4 PACK! What is that all about? And ManCave grabbed what looked like a small little girl's plastic purse to put his beer into. He too only purchased 2 six packs but to his credit he did purchase single beer's from Michigan brewery's so hats off to ManCave.
