Episode 07-24-2012 – They call it Stalking when I do it!

What started as a quiet lunch ended with a bang! Because of our popularity, the Lunch Gang from time-to-time, get very high powered visitors to sit down at our table in Bago Café (formerly known as the Goose Lane Café). Now mind you, just because these visitors sit down with us, we do not cut them any stack. So each visitor must be of the right mind set when they choose to join us. Today was no exception “The Man” sat down with us who had someone job shadowing him for the day. He introduced himself but for the life of me I can’t remember his name, so we’ll call him “The Shadow”. General conversations carry on throughout lunch as they always do, a little laugher, a little beat down of O-Canada, and for anyone who follows us on the Blog it’s just usual (or dysfunctional…not sure). When it was time to leave, “The Man” and “The Shadow” got up and everyone at the table wished “The Shadow” well and good luck with the job shadowing. Well, all but Mansel. Mansel delivered the best line we’ve ever heard come out of his pie hole, he tells “The Shadow” you know “They call it STALKING when I do it”…the entire Bago Café erupted with one of the loudest burst of laugher I’ve ever heard; “The Man” dam near lost his lunch right there!

ManCave gets trapped by Smoky Joe. Coach walks by ManCave’s cube several times and doesn’t rescue him. We learned from ManCave later in the day that Smoky Joe is afraid of T-Mobile. So to scare off Smoky Joe, the LG created a “Bilalive Button” for each of to wear keeping Smoky Joe from ever sitting in our cubes and talking to us!
ManCave tells Coach “Never leave me with him again, never!” Coach just laughed!

According to recent reports by O-Canada, “People here are so excited, there beside themselves”. To get running water in the house, you need to stand outside holding a bucket of some type and catch it. It’s Fun according to O-Canada.
